Five unique chef-driven dining concepts are slated for arrival at Assembly Park, providing an
optimal lunchtime refuge or a quick stop for a late day snack. 
Assembly Icehouse, Tacoro, and Cliff Coffee are concepts by local hospitality group, Blender Brands, owned by Jacob Cox, Danny Wilson, and JR Muñoz. JR Muñoz, also the owner of Deep Ellum’s beloved neighborhood restaurant Will Call, will develop the menus and organize events for the concepts in the West Building. Muñoz is recognized by the Dallas Observer and D Magazine for Best Wings and Best Sandwich in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Assembly Ice House

Assembly Icehouse will introduce a casual, family-friendly dining experience reminiscent of your favorite sports bar. The icehouse will include a large, full-service bar, 20+ televisions, and an outdoor patio with dining and lounge seating that offers direct views to the development’s central park, where kids can roam and play freely. Two, 15-foot LED screens will also be on display both inside the main dining area and positioned in view from the park on the outdoor patio.

Cliff Coffee

Cliff Coffee finds its inspiration from the striking landscapes and vivid colors experienced when exploring America’s southwest region. With warm tones and textures and soft seating options integrated throughout, this coffee shop is intentionally designed to encourage students, workers, and guests to relax and stay a while. Baked goods will be available for purchase to enjoy with your preferred blend of coffee.

Tacoro

Tacoro will operate as a quick service, pick-up-and-go Mexican restaurant. The space will feature an elevated, full-service bar serving blended margaritas and a vast collection of tequila and mezcal to choose from. Light seating options will also be included within the space for those wishing to dine in.
